The fried rice is Europe style.
- Long Grain Rice 250g
- Chicken Broth 500 ml
- Onion(chopped) 90g
- Cashew(roasted, chopped) 120g
- Butter 70ml
- Parsley(chopped) 6g
- Salt some
Heat the butter in the wok. Saute the onion until soft.
Add rice, stir until coated and grain start to burst.
Stir in chicken broth and salt, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Stir in cashew and parsley. Serve.
