Fried Rice with Cashew

The fried rice is Europe style.

Ingredients

  • Long Grain Rice 250g
  • Chicken Broth 500 ml
  • Onion(chopped) 90g
  • Cashew(roasted, chopped) 120g
  • Butter 70ml
  • Parsley(chopped) 6g
  • Salt some

Method

Step 1

Heat the butter in the wok. Saute the onion until soft.

Step 2

Add rice, stir until coated and grain start to burst.

Step 3

Stir in chicken broth and salt, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Step 4

Stir in cashew and parsley. Serve.
