Fried Prawns with Kiwis and Yoghurt Sauce

The dish is fresh taste and simply.

Tips: If yoghurt is sour, it can add sugar.

Ingredients

  • Prawn(shelled,deveined) 10 pcs
  • Kiwis(sliced,skined) 2 pcs
  • Plain Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Garli(chopped) 1 tsp
  • Oil(For deep fry) 500ml, 1 tsp
  • MARINADE
  • Cornflour 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Method

Step 1

Shell and devein the prawns. Rinse and wipe dry with kitchen paper. Marinate and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 2

Soak kiwis in the warm water. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat 500ml of oil in the wok. Scald prawns in boiling oil till done. Take out and drain oil.

Step 4

Heat 1 tsp of oil in the wok, stir-fry garlic, add kiwi and yoghurt to stir-fry well. Done.
