Tips: If yoghurt is sour, it can add sugar.
- Prawn(shelled,deveined) 10 pcs
- Kiwis(sliced,skined) 2 pcs
- Plain Yoghurt 1 cup
- Garli(chopped) 1 tsp
- Oil(For deep fry) 500ml, 1 tsp
- Cornflour 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
Shell and devein the prawns. Rinse and wipe dry with kitchen paper. Marinate and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Soak kiwis in the warm water. Set aside.
Heat 500ml of oil in the wok. Scald prawns in boiling oil till done. Take out and drain oil.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in the wok, stir-fry garlic, add kiwi and yoghurt to stir-fry well. Done.
