- Pork Chop(1 cm thick slices) 400g
- Onion(shredded) 1 pc
- Button Mushroom(sliced) 4~6 pc
- Spring Onion(sectioned) 1 stalk
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Chicken Powder 1.5 tsps
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Chicken Powder 1 tsp
- Cornflour 1.5 tsp
- Water 60ml
Tenderize pork chop, mix with marinade and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsps oil in the wok, fry pork over medium heat until cooked. Remove and cut into thick strips.
Stir-fry all vegetables in remaining oil, add pork chop and mix well with sauce.
