Fried Pork Chop with Onion and Mushrooms

Tips: Light soy sauce or salt can replace chicken powder.

Ingredients

  • Pork Chop(1 cm thick slices) 400g
  • Onion(shredded) 1 pc
  • Button Mushroom(sliced) 4~6 pc
  • Spring Onion(sectioned) 1 stalk
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • MARINADE
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Chicken Powder 1.5 tsps
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • SAUCE
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Cornflour 1.5 tsp
  • Water 60ml

Method

Step 1

Tenderize pork chop, mix with marinade and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsps oil in the wok, fry pork over medium heat until cooked. Remove and cut into thick strips.

Step 3

Stir-fry all vegetables in remaining oil, add pork chop and mix well with sauce.
