Fried Noodle with Shredded Beef Fillet

The fried noodles is Chinese style.

Ingredients

  • Beef Fillet(shredded) 100g
  • Onion(shredded) 1/2 pc
  • Chinese Noodle 2 pcs
  • Red Bell Pepper(shredded) 1/4 pc
  • Green Bell Pepped(shredded) 1/4 pc
  • Yellow Bell Pepper(shredded) 1/4 pc
  • Garlic (minced) some
  • Cornstarch Water 2 tsps
  • Oil 2 tbsps, 1 tsp
  • SEASONING
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar some
  • Oyster Sauce 2 tsps
  • Water 100 ml
  • MARINATE
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 tsps
  • Cornstarch 1 tsp
  • Sesame Oil some
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Water 3 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Shredded the beef fillet and marinate for 1 hour.

Step 2

Heat 1 tsp oil in the wok with medium slow heat. Then, slightly fry the beef fillet on the wok. Set aside.

Step 3

Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and stir-fry it in the wok slightly.

Step 4

Heat 2 tbsp oil in the wok, Fry minced garlic and onion, then, add with assorted sweet peppers, beef fillets and seasonings into stir- frying. Thicken the sauce by 2 tsps cornstarch water and pour it over the noodle.
