Fried Mussels with Thai Style

The dish is cuddly and simply.

Ingredients

  • Mussel 1 kg
  • Garlic(chopped) 2 tsps
  • Red Chili( sliced) 2 pc
  • Basil great amount
  • Oil 2 tbsps, 2 tbsps
  • Fish Sauce 2 tsps
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Wash and drain mussels. Mix 2 tbsps oil, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar for seasoning. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsps oil in the wok with high heat. Saute the garlic, red chili. Then, add mussels until fragrant. Cover lid for 2 minutes with middle heat.

Step 3

Add seasoning and saute for 1 minute. Then, add basil and stir. Turn off. Serve.
