Tips : The fish fillet powder with flour, it make complete fish.
- Mackerel fillet 1/2
- spring onion(chopped) few
- white vinegar 2~3 Ts
- sugar 1/2 Ts
- ginger(diced) 2 Ts
- salt 2 ts
- mirin 1 Ts
Cleaning mackerel fillet, then absorb water. set aside.
White vinegar, mirin, sugar, ginger and salt mix well. Add the mackerel fillet with marinade for several hours.
Take out the fillet and powder with flour.
Heating oil in the pan, fry fillet until both sides golden colour and cooked. Sprinkle with spring onion, Serve.
