Ingredients
- Beef Fillet(sliced) 100g
- Egg(beaten) 2 pcs
- Tomato(cutting piece) 2 pcs
- Spring Onion(chopped) 1 stalk
- Water 150 ml
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cornstarch Water 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsps
- Cornstarch 1/2 tsp
- MARINADE
- White Pepper Powder some
- Light Soy Sauce 1 tsps
- Cornstarch 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Beef mix marinade. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat the 1 tbsp oil in the wok, fry the egg until 80% done and set aside.
Step 3
Heat the 1 tbsp oil in the wok, Saute beef until 90% done and set aside.
Step 4
Saute the tomato and spring onion, add water, 1/2 salt and 1 tsp sugar until soft. Add beef and egg. Then, add cornstarch water add stir until boiling. Serve.
