The dish is simply and seafood taste.
- Shrimp(shelled,intestine removed & rinsed) 150g
- Egg(beaten) 3 pcs
- Onion(shredded) 3/4 pc
- Oil 1 tbsp, 2 tbsps
- Salt 1/2 tsp, 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour 1/2 tsp
- Spring Onion (diced) 1 stalk
Beat eggs with 1/2 salt. Mix shrimps with with 1/2 salt and cornflour for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok, fry shrimps and onion. Set aside. Remove to beaten egg and add spring onion.
Heat 2 tbsps oil in the wok, fry egg mixture until set. Serve.
