Fried Chicken Wings with Lemongrass

Ingredients

  • Chicken Mid-joint Wing 1 lb
  • Lemongrass(sliced at an angle) 1 stick
  • Shallot(minced) 1 clove
  • Garlic(minced) 3 cloves
  • Unsalt Butter 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • bird's Eye Chili(cut into rings) 1 pc
  • MARINADE
  • Rice Wine 1/2 tbsp
  • Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1.5 tsps
  • Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemongrass Powder 1 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil some

Method

Step 1

Rinse chicken wings and wipe dry. Marinate for 1 hour.

Step 2

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add butter and oil. When the butter is molten, add the chicken wings and fry until golden brown.

Step 3

Put in the other ingredients. Stir-fry until fragrant and golden brown. Cook until the chicken wings are done. Serve.
