- Pork Ribs 300g
- Strawberry 8 pcs
- Salad Dressing 4 tbsps
- Chicken Powder 1.5 tsps
- Sesame Oil some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Oil 500 ml
Dice pork ribs in 2 inch. Rinse and marinade with chicken powder, sesame oil, white pepper powder, cornflour and water for 10 minutes.
Remove leaves from strawberries and rinse. Slice and set aside.
Heat 500 ml oil in the wok with medium heat. Semi deep fry pork ribs until golden, Set aside.
