Deep Fry Pork Chop in Japanese Style

Ingredients

  • Pork Chop 1 pc
  • Plain Flour 1/4 cup
  • Egg(whisked) 1 pc
  • Bread Crumb 1/2 cup
  • Head Cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Tomato 1/2 pc
  • Mayonnaise some
  • Japanese Pork Chop Dressing some
  • Corn Oil 1 lit
  • SEASONING
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some

Method

Step 1

Press pork chop into thin slice. Season to taste with salt and white pepper powder.

Step 2

Heat corn oil to 180 C.

Step 3

Dust pork chop with flour. Dip into egg wash and then coat with bread crumb.

Step 4

Add pork chop into oil. Deep fry until golden and done. Drain oil. Adjust oil temperature to 200 C. Re-fried the pork chops for a while. Drain oil. Serve with vegetable and mayonnaise.
