The roll is crispy. Serve with sour sauce is delicious.
Tips : The shrimp spring roll fringe for 20 minutes before deep-fry. It increase taste.
- Shrimp(medium size,raw) 12 pcs
- Egg White 1 tsp
- Spring Roll Skin 6 sheets
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
- Oil 700ml
- Thai Chili Sauce 2 tbsps
- Fish Sauce 1 tsp
- Lime Juice(fresh) 1 pc
- Warm Water 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
Melt the sugar with warm water. Then, mix with other sauce ingredients.
Rinse the shrimps and remove the shell but keep the tail. Pull out the dark vein. Absorb the water. Then, add in seasonings.
Fold the spring roll skin and cut. Then, add in the shrimps and seal at the end by brushing on a little of the egg white.
Heat oil with middle heat. Deep-fry the spring roll until golden brown and drain. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
