Deep-fried Red Kidney Beans Croquettes

Ingredients

  • Red Kindney Beans 1 can
  • Onion(chopped) 1 cup
  • Tomato(chopped) 1/2 cup
  • Eggs(beaten) 2 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Flour 1 oz
  • Oil 1 lit
  • SEASONINGS
  • Salt some
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Mash red kidney beans and add in the chopped onion, grated cheese, chopped tomato and seasonings mixture.

Step 2

Divide the mashed red kidney beans into 8 portions and knead into balls coat with flour, beaten egg and then breadcrumbs. Dee-fry until golden and drain the fat.

Step 3

Heat 1 lit in the wok. Dee-fry until golden and drain the fat.

Step 4

Soak up its fat and dish up. Serve.
