Deep Fried Pork Chop with Western Style

It is crispy pork chop.

Ingredients

  • Pork Chop 2 pcs
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Egg(beaten) 1 pc
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Oil 4 cups
  • SEASONING
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Water 3 tbsps
  • DIPPING
  • Ketchup some
  • Chili Sauce some

Method

Step 1

Chose tender part of pork loin. Rinse and drain. Prick with a fork. Marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Coat the pork chop with flour, then dip in beaten egg, finally, coat with breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Heat 4 cups of oil to 140 C to 150 C, deep-fry pork chop over low heat for about 2 minutes. Drain.

Step 4

Reheat oil with high heat, deep-fry pork chop for another 20 seconds over high heat until golden brown. Remove and drain the oil. Place on a plate. Ketchup or chili sauce as dipping sauce.
