Deep-fried Milk

The dish is funny. Everybody like it.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Milk 350 ml
  • CornFlour 45g
  • Egg White 2 pc
  • Oil 750 ml
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • SEASONING
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt some
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • BATTER
  • Cornflour 45g
  • Flour 75g
  • Self-raising Flour 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ice Water 1/2 cup
  • Salt some

Method

Step 1

Cornflour, milk and seasoning mix well, boil it with low heat until boiling. Leave fire. Egg white pour in he mixture 3 times and mix well.

Step 2

Oil spread in square tray. Milk mixture pour in tray. Place in refrigerate for 1~2 hour.

Step 3

Batter ingredients mix well and set aside.

Step 4

Heat the oil in the wok with middle heat. Cut the milk cake 15 portions. Soak in the batter and deep-fry unit golden brown. Wipe dry . Serve with sugar.
