Ingredients

  • Fish Fillet(cut into pieces) 300g
  • Pineapple 2 slices
  • Green Bell Pepper 1/2 pc
  • Red Bell Pepper 1/2 pc
  • Shallot 1 clove
  • Rice Wine 1/2 tbsp
  • Cornflour 1/2 tbsp
  • Cornflour some
  • Oil(For deep fry) 500ml
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch Water 3 tbsps
  • SEASONING
  • Sugar 2 tbsps
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Water 3 tbsps
  • Vinegar 3 tbsps
  • Ketchup 4 tbsps

Method

Step 1

Wash fish fillet. Cut into large pieces. Marinate with wine and 1/2 tsp cornflour for 15 minutes. Seed, wash and chop green and red pepper. Cut pineapple slices into piece. Slice shallot.

Step 2

Coat fish fillet with suitable amount of cornflour. Deep fry until slightly golden colour. Remove. Deep fry again until golden brown. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

Heat the 1 tbsp oil in the wok. Stir fry shallot. Add green and red bell pepper and stir fry. Remove. Boil seasoning. pour in the 3 tbsps cornflour water to thick the sauce. Mix well with fish fillet, green and red bell pepper and pineapple and stir fry. Serve.
