- Mini Cuttlefish 12 pcs
- Ginger 2 slices
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oiliver Oil 2 tbsps
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
Wash the cuttlefish. Drain. Boil water , put in ginger and octopus. Keep the ingredients in the hot water for 3 minutes.
Take out the cuttlefish. Soak in ice water and drain.
Mix the vinegar, salt and white pepper powder. Marinate the cuttlefish with the seasonings. Put it in the fringe for 3 hours.
