Ingredients

  • Rice(cooked) 1 bowl
  • Pork(minced) 100g
  • Mushroom(sliced) 60g
  • Green Peas 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • CurryPowder 1 tsp
  • Sugar some
  • Coconut Milk some

Method

Step 1

Mix curry powder and coconut milk, Saute curry mixture until fragrant. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tsp oil in the pan, saute mince pork and mushrooms. Add butter, salt and white pepper powder. Then, add rice and peas. Stir fry. Add sugar and curry mixture until fry to uniform. Dish up.
