- Plain Yogurt 8 oz
- Chicken Breasts 4 unit
- Ripe Mango(finely diced) 1 pc
- Chile Power 1 ts
- Curry Powder 1 ts
- Lime juice 3/4 ts
- Garlic(finely chopped) 1/2 ts
1/4 cup yogurt, chile powder, curry powder, 1/4 ts lime juice, garlic and salt mix well in baking dish.
Add chicken, turn to coat, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
The remaining yogurt, 2/3 of the mango and 1/2 ts lime juice into a blender until smooth to make a sauce. then set aside.
Preheated 180 C oven, Bake chicken until just cooked through about 25 minutes.
Transfer chicken to plate, top with some of the yogurt sauce and garnish with mango. Serve.
