Curried Chicken with Mango

Tips : 1. The sauce can heating.
2. The chicken breast can change chicken leg or fish fillet.
3. It can serve with steamed rice or spaghetti.

 

 

Ingredients

  • Plain Yogurt 8 oz
  • Chicken Breasts 4 unit
  • Ripe Mango(finely diced) 1 pc
  • Chile Power 1 ts
  • Curry Powder 1 ts
  • Lime juice 3/4 ts
  • Garlic(finely chopped) 1/2 ts

Method

Step 1

1/4 cup yogurt, chile powder, curry powder, 1/4 ts lime juice, garlic and salt mix well in baking dish.

Step 2

Add chicken, turn to coat, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 3

The remaining yogurt, 2/3 of the mango and 1/2 ts lime juice into a blender until smooth to make a sauce. then set aside.

Step 4

Preheated 180 C oven, Bake chicken until just cooked through about 25 minutes.

Step 5

Transfer chicken to plate, top with some of the yogurt sauce and garnish with mango. Serve.
