Crispy Salt Ribs

The rib is crispy and delicious.

Tips : 1. Press the yam flour tightly to the ribs and set aside for some time, until the flour is sightly moistened, to prevent the skin from falling off easily. Then deep fry.

  • Back Ribs 400g
  • Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Five-spice Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Yam Flour 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1 lit


Step 1

Rinse and cut ribs well. Marinate in wine, soy sauce, sugar and five-spice powder for 20 minutes.

Coat each piece of rib evenly with a layer of yam flour, squeeze tightly until secure, then, deep-fry in

Heat 1 lit oil in the wok with middle heat. Deep-fry in smoking oil until golden brown. Serve.
