The roll is crispy, but not fat taste.
Tips : 1. The spring roll skin cover with wet cloth to avoid crack.
- Spring Roll 6 sheets
- Unsalt Butter 4 g
- Chocolate 25 g
- Chocolate Chips some
Divide each spring roll skin into 2 pieces. Trim and make it a rectangular shape.
Melt the unsalt butter and chocolate separately.
Brush the butter onto the spring roll skin. Then, brush on some chocolate as well. Roll out the spring roll skin.
Preheat the oven at 160 C for 10 minutes. Place the oven paper onto the oven tray. Put the chocolate stick in the oven tray and bake for 5 minutes until golden brown. Cool down.
Dip in some chocolate on both ends of the chocolate stick. And dip with some chocolate chips. Ready to serve.
