The puff is crisp on the outside,tender inside. Ice-cream is soft. It is delicious with berries.
Tips : 1. Water and Butter must be boiled until they can add flour.
2. When the oven is process, do not open door of oven to avoid the puff loose.
- Butter 60 g
- Water 100 g
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Flour 100 g
- Egg 3 pcs
- Ice-Cream 8 scoops
- Fresh Stawberry some
- Fresh Blueberry some
- Icing Sugar
Preheat the oven to 200 C for 10minutes.
Mix butter, water, salt and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a bowl.
Add the flour and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.
Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, in several additions, beating well after each addition.
Pipe the dough into 2 inches diameter onto a greased baking pan.
Bake at 200 C for 15 minutes and reduce the temperature to 160 C to bake for 8~10 minutes until the puff is completely dry and golden brown.
Half the puff. Sandwich with ice-cream and berries. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
