Coriander and Egg Soup

Ingredients

  • Coriander(chopped) 500g
  • Egg(beaten) 1 pc
  • Spring Onion(chopped) 1 stalk
  • Ginger 2 slices
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 tsp
  • Water 1000ml

Method

Step 1

Chop coriander and spring onion. Beat the egg. Mix the coriander.

Step 2

Boil 4 bowls of water. Add egg solution gradually and stir in one direction slowly.

Step 3

Add spring onion, ginger and oil. Cook for another 2 minutes. Serve.
