Cream cheese and coffee’s match is very exciting.
Tips : 1. Cream cheese blend is easy in room temperature.
2. The amount of coffee can be based on personal preferences.
- Cream Cheese 250 g
- Caster Sugar 100 g
- Cornflour 10 g
- Milk 60 ml
- Instant Coffee Powder 2 tbsp
- Egg 1 pc
- Unsalted Butter(melted) 30 g
- Digestive Biscuits 70 g
- Unsalted Butter(melted) 35 g
Preheat the oven to 170 C for 15 minutes.
Crush digestive biscuits and mix with butter. Press into 6" cake ring.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Heat milk with low heat. Stir in coffee powder. Cool and mix in cornflour. Add egg gradually. Stir well with butter.
Pour into baking tin. Bake for about 35~40 minutes. Switch off the oven with the
