Chicken Skewers in Japanese Style (Yakitori)

The method is Japanese style. 

Ingredients

  • Chicken Fillets 200g
  • Japanese Leeks 2 stal
  • Bamboo Skewers 8 sticks
  • SEASONINGS
  • Light Soy Sauce 4 tbsps
  • Sake 2 tbsps
  • Mirin 2 tbsps
  • Sugar 3/4 tbsps
  • Seafood Stock Essence 1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Boil all seasoning until the sauce thickens for mixture.

Step 2

Section leeks. Cut chicken fillets into pieces. Marinate with half portion of the sauce from mixture.

Step 3

Put leeks and chicken fillets into bamboo skewers in alternate manners.

Step 4

Bake chicken skewers on oven until golden brown and done. Brush the remaining sauce onto chicken in 2 to 3 times while baking. Serve for hot.
