Ingredients

  • Chicken Meat(diced) 150g
  • Cream Soup 300ml
  • Mix Vegetable some
  • Rice(cooked) 2 bowls
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp, 1 tsp
  • Cornflour water 1 tbsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Chicken meat, salt, sugar and corn flour 1 tsp. Mix well, add 1 tsp of oil. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 1 tsp of oil in the wok, stir-fry the fragrant chicken until cooked through, add mix vegetable and cream soup, add 1 tbsp of corn flour water, boil and simmer. Pour over the rice noodles. Enjoy.
