Chicken and Sesame Rolls

The chicken is crispy and fragrance with sesame.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast(skinless, boneless) 230g
  • White Sesame 4 tbsps
  • Carrot 1/2 pc
  • Celery 1/2 stalk
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Egg Yolk(beaten) 2 pcs
  • Oil 750ml
  • MARINADE
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/8 tsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Chicken Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Sesame Oil 1/4 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger Juice 1 tsp
  • Rice Wine 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Marinade chicken for 15 minutes. Peel and shred carrot. Shred celery. Scald the two ingredients.

Step 2

Place carrot and celery on chicken breast and roll. Seal with suitable amount of cornflour.

Step 3

Coat cornflour on chicken rolls. Dip rolls in beaten egg yolk. Coat with a layer of sesame .Deep fry in wok until golden brown and done. Serve.
