Chicken and Mushroom with Miso Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken Fillet(shredded) 200g
  • Fresh Black Mushroom 30g
  • Garlic(sliced) 2 tbsps
  • Ginger(sliced)1 tbsp
  • Golden Mushroom 50g
  • Seaweed some
  • White Sesame Seeds some
  • Butter 40g
  • SAUCE
  • Miso 2 tbsps
  • Mirin 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Juice 2 tsps
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • White Wine 1/2 tsp
  • Water 50 ml
  • MARINADE
  • Miso 1 tbsp
  • Mirin 1/2 tbsp
  • White Wine 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Cut into small pieces and marinade the chicken fillet for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Mix the sauce.

Step 3

Heat the butter in the pan with medium heat. Add chicken fillet and stir fry on high heat for a while.

Step 4

Add black mushroom and fry. Add sauce. Cook until boil and then simmer for 3 minutes. Add golden mushroom and cook for a while. Sprinkle with seaweed and white sesame. Serve.
