The stick is crispy with cheese and almond.
Tips : Before use, the puff pastry place in the room temperature for 2 hours.
- Puff Pastry 1 pc
- Parmesan Cheese some
- Almond(chopped) some
- Egg(beat) 1 pc
Preheat the oven 160 C for 15 minutes.
Roll the puff pastry as 3mm thick, 30cm X 15cm rectangle. Fold the rectangle and cut to make 15cm X 7.5cm rectangle.
Brush on some egg mixture on the puff pastry. Sprinkle with chopped cheese and almond. Then, cover with another puff pastry and press slightly.
Cut the puff pastry and place on the oven tray with oil. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes until crispy.
