Cheese Mushroom Soup with Puff Pastry

This is specially soup.

Ingredients

  • Cream of Mushroom 600ml
  • Onion(chopped) 60g
  • Mozzarella Cheese 30g
  • Salt some
  • Black Pepper some
  • Egg(beaten) some
  • Puff Pastry 2 sheets
  • Mushroom(sliced) 200g
  • Water 50ml
  • Oil 2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 C for 10 minutes. Thaw the puff pastry.

Step 2

Use Pepper towel to clean the mushroom. Slice them

Step 3

Heat up 2 tsp oil in the pan, saute the onion until soften. Add mushroom, fry a while. Then, add cream of mushroom soup and water, mix well.

Step 4

Season with black pepper and salt, remove from heat.

Step 5

Pour the mushroom into ramekins and add cheese. Put 2 layers of puff pastry over the top of the ramekins. Brush the puff pastry with the egg wash.

Step 6

Bake for 15~20 minutes until golden brown. Serve.
