Cabbage Rolls with Minced Pork and Corn

The dish is light and health.

Tips: 1. It would be better to pour sesame oil in the end.
2. Can be fixed roll with toothpicks.

Ingredients

  • Pork(minced) 300g
  • Shiitake Mushroom(diced) 2 pcs
  • Cabbage 1 pc
  • Carrot(diced) 1/3pc
  • Onion(chopped) 1/4 pc
  • Corn Kernel 100g
  • Cold Water
  • SEASONING
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • BROTH INGREDIENTS
  • Chicken Powder 1 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil 1/4 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Water 700ml

Method

Step 1

Remove the core of cabbage and bring to boil until cabbage leaves are softened, tear off the leaves.

Step 2

Rinse the leaves with cold water and slice off thick vein. Pat dry with kitchen paper and set aside.

Step 3

Mix minced pork, mushroom, carrot, onion and corn and seasonings. Divide into 8 portions.

Step 4

Place 1 portion of mixed ingredients on a cabbage leaf and roll, secure with toothpick. Repeat 8 times.

Step 5

Boil the water, add in all the broth ingredients and cabbage rolls and cook for 10 minutes. Serve.
