This is alternative burger.
- Burger Bun 2 pcs
- Avocado(remove pit,sliced) 1 pc
- Portobello Mushroom(remove the stem,wipe and dirt) 2 pcs
- Egg(beaten) 2 pcs
- Water 2 tbsps
- Chicken Powder 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder some
- Oil 1.5 tbsps, 0.5 tbsp
Heat the 1.5 tbsps in the pan, fry portobello mushroom for 2 minutes over medium heat. Flip the portobello mushroom. Mix chicken powder and water, add on the pan. Cover with a lid and simmer until the portobello mushroom cooked through. Add pepper to taste. Set aside.
Heat the 0.5 tbsp oil in the pan in high heat, pour the egg. Scramble until no visible liquid egg remains. Set aside.
Grill the burger buns in a pan until hot. Take out.
Assemble the avocado, portobello mushroom and the scramble egg on the burger bun. Serve with hot.
