The ingredients of Risotto is special and rich, the taste is sweet and sour to make funny.
Tips : It add more broth to adjust the soft level of rice.
- Risotto 1.5 cup
- Tomato(chopped) 1 can
- Chicken Broth 350 ml
- Pork Luncheon Meat 250g
- Shrimp 320g
- Celery(sliced) some
- Onion(chopped) 1 pc
- Butter 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Poach the shrimp and remove the shell. Chop the luncheon meat and pan-fry. Set aside.
Heat the some oil, fry the celery.
Heat the some oil. Fry the onion until soften. Then, add in chopped tomato. Add in Risotto as well. Until the Risotto absorbs the tomato juice, pour in the chicken broth and stir well. Cook with lid on for around 20~25 minutes until done.
Add in shrimp, luncheon meat and chopped celery. Add in butter and serve hot.
