Braised Clams with White Wine

Tips: Put on a lid to simmer to avoid clam over cook.

Ingredients

  • Clam 1000g
  • Garlic 4 clove
  • Parsley 2 tsp
  • Cornflour Water 4 tsp
  • Water 1 lit
  • Olive Oil some
  • SEASONING
  • White Wine 150g
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Rinse the clams and fringe for 4~6 hours. Let them throw out the sand.

Step 2

Heat the oliver oil, Saute the garlic, Add salt, white wine and ornflour water until boiling. Add clams and parsley, Put on a lid. Boiling until many clam shell open. Turn off power to simmer until all clam shell open. Serve.
