Boil Mussels with Garlic Sauce

The mussel have butter and garlic fragrant.

Tips: It can add more garlic to enhance the taste.


  • Mussel(rinsed) 20 pcs
  • Butter(cut into cubes) 50g
  • Parsley(chopped) 20g
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Shallot(diced) 2 pcs
  • White Wine 50 ml
  • Lemon(juiced) 1/4 pc
  • Black Pepper some
  • Salt some
  • Chicken Broth 250 ml


Step 1

Melting 20g butter over medium high heat. Saute the garlic and shallot until fragrant.

Step 2

Add in mussels, white wine and chicken broth, bring it to boil. cover with lid and cook until the mussels open. Remove the mussels and place them on the serving dish.

Step 3

Add 30g butter and lemon juice to the sauce until the sauce has thickened. Seasoning with salt and black pepper. Add the parsley, mix well and pout it over the Mussels. Serve.
