- Clam 640 g
- SPring Onion(chopped) 1 stalks
- Ginger(shredded) 1 Ts
- Salt 1/2 ts
- Oil 1Ts
- Water 1~2 cups
The clams clean, rinse and remove sand.
Bring oil to boil. To saute the ginger with salt.
