Ingredients

  • Beef Rib 1 lb
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Water 1 tsp
  • Onion(shredded) 1/2 pc
  • Oil 1 tbsp,1 tbsp
  • MARINADES FOR BEEF RIBS
  • Rice Wine 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tbsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • SEASONING
  • Hot Chili(shredded) 1 pc
  • Ginger 4 slices
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Cut beef ribs into 4 cm slices. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Heat a wok with 1 tbsp of oil. Stir fry onion until fragrant. Add 1 tsp od sugar and water each. Take onion out. Mix seasoning.

Step 3

Heat a wok with 1 tbsp of oil. Stir fry beef ribs until fragrant. Add onion mixture. Stir fry. Serve.
