- Water 500ml
- Kitchen paper 1
Method
Step 1
The egg are dropped into the bowl, and the water is poured around the circumference.
Step 2
500 ml of water to boiling, then turn off the fire.
Step 3
Do not stop in the water to circle, create a vortex, and then, the egg is tumbling in the middle of the vortex slowly.
Step 4
Cover the lid for 3 minutes. Pick up and use the kitchen paper to dry the water and finish.
