Beef Rice with Japanese Style

Ingredients

  • Japanese Pearl Rice 160g
  • Konbu 5 cm
  • Water 240 ml
  • Wagu Steak 1 pc
  • Rice Swasoning 1 tbsp
  • Dried Seaweed some
  • White Seasame some
  • Coarse Salt some

Method

Step 1

Wash rice. Soak with water and konbu for half hour. Cook until done.

Step 2

Season the steak with salt. Pan fry until 70% done. Reset for few minutes and slice.

Step 3

Serve rice in a bowl. Top with steak. Sprinkle with rice seasonings, dried seaweed and white sesame.
