Beancurd(Tofu) with Pork Floss of Taiwan Style

Ingredients

  • Beancurd(tofu) 350g
  • Preserved Egg 2 pcs
  • Spring Onion 1 stalk
  • Coriander 1 sprig
  • Pork Floss 100g
  • Oyster Sauce 2 tbsps
  • Cooked Oil 2 tbsps
  • Sesame Oil 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Steam the beancurd(tofu) for 5 minutes. Remove and drain.

Step 2

Shell the eggs and cut them into cube, chop the spring onion and coriander.

Step 3

Cut beancurd(tofu) into cubes and transfer to a serving clate. Pour some ouster sauce, sesame oil and cooked oil over. Arrange the preserved eggs and then sprinkle the pork floss. Finally, garnish with spring onion and coriander.
