Ingredients

  • Hard Beancurd 2 pcs
  • Japanese Mushroom 100g
  • Fresh Black Mushroom 100g
  • Enoki Mushroom 100g
  • Ginko 100g
  • Garlic(finely chopped) 2 tsp
  • Broth 150ml
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • SEASONINGS
  • Soy Sauce 2 tsps
  • Sugar 2 tsps
  • Oyster Sauce 2 tsps
  • Cornstarch 2 tsps
  • Water 1/3 cup

Method

Step 1

Cut the beancurd into large pieces. Absorb the water. Then, Pan-fry until golden yellow. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat the pan to saute garlic. Then add in assorted mushrooms and ginko. Then, pour in broth to cook for 5 minutes. Then, add the seasonings and stir until boiling. pour onto the beancurd. Serve.
