Beancurd (Tofu) Burger with Oyster Sauce

The burger is rich. It can match with bread.

Ingredients

  • Firm Beancurd(Tofu) 1 pc
  • Pork(minced) 200g
  • Spring Onion(diced) 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Salt some
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • SEASONING
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some
  • Cornstarch 2 tsp
  • Sesame Oil some
  • TOPPING
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Water 3 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Sprinkle dash of salt over tofu, allow to stand for 15 minutes and drain well. Mix well with other ingredients and set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan with medium heat, scoop a table spoon of tofu mixture in pan, fry until both side get lightly browned.

Step 3

Blend water, sugar and oyster sauce. lower heat until sauce in thick. Pour over burger to serve.
