Bean Curd(Tofu) Lasagne

The beancurd(tofu) is soft and fragrance with rich taste. 

Tips: handle cornflour water 


  • Firm Beancurd(tofu) 2 pcs
  • Beef(minced) 100g
  • Onion(diced) 1/4 pc
  • Carrot(diced) some
  • Button Mushrooms(sliced) 3 pcs
  • Garlic(finely chopped) 2 tsp
  • Rice Wine some
  • Cornstarch Water 3 tbsps
  • Seasame Oil some
  • Oil some
  • Light Soy Sauce 2 tsps
  • Chicken Broth 200ml
  • Oyster Sauce 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp


Step 1

Heat oil in the wok. Use high heat to shallow fry beancurd(tofu) pieces until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 2

Saute onion, garlic and carrot with some oil. Add minced beef is brown. Add seasonings and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add cornstarch water to thicken the sauce. Finally add a dash of sesame oil.

Step 3

Place one piece of beancurd(tofu) onto serving plate, add minced beef and sauce. Then place another piece of beancurd(tofu) on top, add minced beef and sauce. Repeat, and beancurd(tofu) lasagne is assembled.
