Bean Curd(Tofu) Hamburger

This is an alternative hamburger.

Tips : 1. White sesame can saute, then, grind into paste to increase taste.
2. It can use sesame sauce directly.
3. Salad dressing can replace sesame sauce.

Ingredients

  • Buns 2 pc
  • Onion(sliced) 1/4 pc
  • Tomato(sliced) 1 pc
  • Salad Vegetables some
  • White Sesame 4 tbsps
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • FILLINGS INGREDIENTS
  • Tofu(strained) 60g
  • Beef(minced) 80g
  • Shallot(minced) 2 tsps
  • Garlic(minced) 2 tsps
  • Egg(beaten) 1/2 pc
  • Salt some
  • Black Pepper Powder some

Method

Step 1

Mix together the fillings and shape into 2 patties.

Step 2

Heat the oil in the pan. Add the patties and fry both sides until golden brown.

Step 3

Grind the white sesame into paste.

Step 4

Sandwich the tofu buns with patties, onion, tomato, vegetables and sesame paste. Serve.
