Baked Bean Burger

The burger is vegetable dish. It can match with rice, buns and spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce 230g
  • Egg(beaten) 2 pc
  • Firm Bean curd(tofu) 1 pc
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Mixed Herds 1 tsp
  • Mixed Mushrooms(chopped)3 tbsps
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder some

Method

Step 1

Drain off some tomato juice from the baked beans.

Step 2

Sprinkle half tsp of salt on tofu, allow to stand for 10 minutes, Drain well.

Step 3

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.

Step 4

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Drop about 3 tbsps of mixture onto pan. Fry both side until golden brown. Serve hot.
