Bake Chicken Leg with Ginger and Lemon

Ingredients

  • Chicken Leg 4 pc
  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder 1/8 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Plain Yoghurt 75ml
  • Ginger(finely chopped) 1 tsp
  • Garlic(finely chopped) 1 tsp
  • Lemon Skin(finely chopped) 1/2 tsp
  • Cornflour 2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Wash and drain chicken leg. Place in aluminum foil. Sprinkle the salt and white pepper powder, add the lemon juice. Sealed packaging. Bake about 30 minutes. Drain the oil.

Step 3

Mix the yoghurt, ginger, garlic and cornflour. Spread the chicken leg. Re-bake about 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve.
