Asparagus and Smoked Pork Belly Rolls

  • Smoked Pork Belly 10 slices
  • Fine Asparagus 300g
  • Ground Black Pepper some
  • Oil 2 tsps
  • Yellow Mustard some


Step 1

Rinse smoked pork belly and wipe dry. Section asparagus.

Step 2

Sprinkle ground black pepper over smoked pork belly. Put asparagus on top and roll up.

Step 3

Heat 2 tsp oil in the pan. Put in the asparagus rolls with the ends facing down. fry until the roll is golden. Serve with yellow mustard.
